How to use Unfollow Today

1. Install the app

Go to the download page, tap Download APK and open the file. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser, then tap Install.

2. Sign in with X

Open Unfollow Today and sign in with your X (Twitter) account. The app loads your following and followers lists; for very large accounts the first sync can take a minute.

3. Whitelist the accounts you want to keep

Open the Whitelist tab and add friends, family and favourite accounts. Whitelisted accounts are hidden from the lists and skipped by every bulk action.

4. Find who doesn’t follow you back

Open Not following back. Sort by followers, activity or follow date, or use the filters (Inactive, No avatar, No bio) to find the easy decisions first.

5. Select and unfollow

Tick the accounts you want to remove or tap Select all, then tap Unfollow selected. Safe mode paces the actions and pauses if X signals a rate limit. For very long lists, spread the clean-up over a few days.

6. Check who unfollowed you

Open the app every few days. The Unfollowers tab shows who unfollowed you since the last check, with an Unfollow back action.
