1. The service
Unfollow Today (the “App”) is an Android application that helps you review and manage the accounts you follow on X (formerly Twitter). It displays information available to your own X account and performs unfollow actions that you explicitly select. The App is provided free of charge.
2. Relationship with X
Unfollow Today is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter, Inc. You are responsible for complying with X’s Terms of Service and Rules while using the App. The App includes pacing and daily caps designed to keep normal use within X’s limits, but X may change its rules at any time and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome for your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to harass others, to manipulate follower counts through follow/unfollow churn, to operate spam or bot accounts, or to circumvent limits imposed by X. You agree not to decompile, modify, redistribute or sell the App or to remove any notices from it.
4. Your account and data
You sign in with your own X account. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. The App stores data on your device as described in the privacy policy.
5. Downloads
The official source of the App is unfollowtoday.com. We are not responsible for copies obtained elsewhere, which may be outdated or modified. Verify the SHA-256 checksum published on the download page.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with future changes to X.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, followers, account access or profits, arising from your use of the App or Site.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App, these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
